"Il nostro breve soggiorno è stato abbastanza piacevole. La casetta in legno nella quale abbiamo alloggiato era carina ma gli spazi erano ridotti al minimo. Nulla di particolarmente scomodo ma qualche metro in più avrebbe reso il soggiorno impeccabile. Ottima la colazione con dolce e/o salato a comanda e non a buffet. "Agriturismo Principe di Vallescura is high on a high on a hill overlooking overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in western Italy. It has beautiful sunsets, and when we drove down the s-curves to the town, we had the most stylish dinner we had in all of our stay in Italy. The bed and breakfast inn had no other guests. The room was certainly adequate without being remarkable in any way. As I will write in other reviews, the staple bedding for all of Italy is "Hard!." Therefore, I discovered the only way...

They also didn't speak any english (fair enough) so it was difficult explaining to them that we had made a booking. Even worse - they eventually told us it would cost us 90 Euros a night yet we had already paid 130 Euros online for each night....which included breakfast. "Beautiful peaceful location set in the mountains and overlooking the ocean with breathtaking views. The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful too. My only criticism is it could have done with a good clean and good airing and updated bed linen and to have had a maid to at least change to towels. We also couldn’t find the outside bins and recycling so clear instructions would help but apart from that it was perfect."

"What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"

"Lovely hotel. Approaching on arrival it has a very nice clean look, so straight away we were happy with our choice, and definitely, I would agree on a 4* Hotel. I have stayed in many areas of Italy, and this one comes close to a small handful of specific good hotels on the Amalfi coast. What I didn’t agree with, is the young staff are very loud with each other. "

"The hotel was great. Nice and clean and well-maintained. Beautiful areas spectacular views. But the best of all was the service. Assunta stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel safely since we got lost. She was so, so, so amazing! Seriously, the location and the view were spectacular."
