We are looking forward to your arrival. Here is some information that might come in handy:
Our address is 9670 North Fork Rd.
Polebridge, Montana 59928
You do not have to come through the park to get to A LITTLE PEACE OF HEAVEN. You can come through Columbia Falls. Take Nucleus Road through the little town of Columbia Falls. In about a half a mile you’ll come to a stop sign there take a right. That is 486. Stay on that road until you get to A LITTLE PEACE OF HEAVEN. 486 turns into the North Fork Rd. but there are no signs. You will have about 12 miles of pavement then about 12 miles of gravel. That will take you to the Camas Road which is an entrance to the park but don’t turn there; continue on about another 11 miles you will have a little more gravel and then about 3 miles of pavement, we are on the pavement. You will see our rock sign on the left. The driveway is a half a mile switchback. Park between the lodge and the garage and ring the door bell on the lodge porch. Someone will greet you and show you to your cabin. Cell phones don’t work up on the North Fork, but we do have a landline you may use and give the number to family members who may need to get ahold of you. The number is: 406-888-5090.

It is a good thing to bring your groceries with you. Kalispell has a Walmart and a Costco, also many nice grocery stores. Columbia Falls and White Fish also have nice grocery stores. If you shop at Super 1 you may want to indulge in a 25 cent kids cone.
The property is a couple miles south of Polebridge where you will find a quaint old mercantile that sells outstanding pastries along with a few necessities and gifts. Next door to the mercantile is the Northern Lights cafe. A few miles further is an entrance to Glacier Park that will take you to the famous Bowman and Kintla lakes.
At Polebridge you will find fishing on the Flathead river. Also you will see rafts and kayaks going down the river.
South of us you will find Ranch Bottoms cafe.
We are surrounded by Fish and Game and the Forestry departments which will allow you to roam around beyond our property.
To get to our cabins you will go up a half a mile switch back driveway. You will see splendid views as you go up and will look forward to a stroll back where you can sit on one of the large boulders lining the driveway and drink in the view. We also have two sites overlooking the Glacier Park Rocky Mountain range that have huge unique benches inviting you to sit and be inspired.
The four cabins are located in a semi-circle with a play area in the middle. Here is a volley ball net, a horse shoe game , a tether ball, toss games, a barbecue, picnic tables and a fire pit. Up at the lodge is a sand box and a swing set.
At the lodge is a telephone for your convenience. You are invited to come and relax on one of the decks while you bask in the atmosphere of the mountains with its nature all around you.
The lodge has a loft available for rent with two large bedrooms, a bath in between, a deck and a love seat.
In the cabin itself you will have a loft with two queen beds and there is a portable crib available for the asking. In the living room is a comfortable faux leather futon. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you will need. The bathroom has a shower with hot running water which feels so good after a day of hiking. You will enjoy sitting out on your own porch watching the deer roam while the children play.
Evenings are always looked forward to around the campfire. Firewood is provided as well as sticks for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs.
