Enjoy the spacious deck overlooking the water, surrounded by plenty of trees for shade and seclusion. The lot is level at the roadside, with a slight to moderate slope leading down to the water. The yard is naturally landscaped with scattered rocks and a rocky embankment at the water's edge. The lake bottom is mostly rocky with some sand, allowing for deep-water swimming off the dock and swim platform. The dock can hold up to an 18' boat, and you'll have access to 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a canoe to explore the pond! This location is ideal for those looking for a quiet retreat, with nearby access to the Sabbathday Lake Shaker Village, Poland Spring, and several area golf courses.

Excellent place for our vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this place. Especially liked the inside when it was raining....great place to sit and read. Great kitchen!!
