"Everything was exceptional, just a little sugestión to pay attention to the shower hot water, barely started to drip a little bit. Other than that the hospitality was amazing!"

"The installations are amazing, it makes you feel like home. Everything the setup, the furniture, the space and other little details. I was in the first floor so I didn’t get a lot of sunlight though. My only complain is the noise. The windows are not thick enough and I could hear everything around specially at night. Otherwise I really like it."

"The neighborhood is really easy to walk everywhere, quiet, surrounded by many parks, coffee shops, restaurants and very close to Chapultepec park, and reforma avenue. This is our fourth time we stay here as parking is also included."

"Great location and good size rooms we move into a suite and we enjoyed it!! The only problem is they are really frugal with toiletries and toilet paper we had to buy our own!! Same with shampoo and hand soap !! Security guy is awesome!! They don’t change towels and bedsheets!!😞"

"Great place to stay 20 minutes from the center of Mexico. Great but they do need to add some ac even though they did accommodate me with a fan the room was a bit humid. When we went it wasn’t that hot in Mexico so the fan was something great for the weather. "

"Perfect area to stay, very safe, clean, and neighborhood feel. There are more than plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The Main Street is half a block away. Customer service was fabulous. Rooms are clean and super spacious. Quiet. They have all the amenities including a washer which was nice. Just 2 things to mindful of, the dryer did take longer than I expected and on Sundays they close Masaryk until about 1:00 pm. So if your flight is on Sunday and need to leave before then, you...

"Nice comfortable apartment. The only issues were the elevator is very noisy and one of the bathrooms has a constant sewer smell from the shower drain. This is a plumbing installation issue. In short, the shower drain does not have a ptrap. "

"Fantastic value and a comfortable arrangement. I think the only zonk I gotta give it is that there's NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! This, by the way, is not the fault of the property owner; in Mexico city, most houses and apartments do not have AC because most of the year it stays around 65-75 Fahrenheit. However, when I visited, it was a bit hotter, like mid-80s, which was too hot for me without AC. If you NEED AC, go for a traditional hotel, as most business/hotel buildings have central AC. "I absolutely loved everything about this hotel – from the beautiful rooms to the excellent service, everything was top-notch! The staff was friendly, the amenities were perfect, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was especially amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. However, the only downside I encountered was the Wi-Fi. It was often slow and at times didn't work at all, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

The historic beautiful hotel

"I always enjoy the stay on this beautiful historic Hotel in the city center of Mexico City. The hotel is well centered close and walkable to everything you need like shops, restaurants, attractions. It’s a very safe area you can move in uber wich is very convenient to a lot of places. The hotel is amazing i really recommend it"

"We were given a really noisy and extremely hot room. The sun was hitting directly all day on our window. But when we asked for a room change and specifically asked for a room at the back of the building, we were very very pleased with it. Though the rooms do not have a frigo or a coffe maker who can beat that price in one of the best areas of CDMX!!!!"
