Within walking distance of Peppertree Wines, The Convent Hunter Valley, and Circa 1876 restaurant. Estate offers a salt water outdoor swimming pool to relax by, and petanque court. Villa also features a spa bath & 2nd toilet. Couples particularly like the location they rated it 9.1 for a two-person trip.

This property is located in beautiful rural setting just five minutes from Tourist Information centre take first street on left is quickest way in. Ideal if not planning meal at home as only microwave, Aldi coffee pod machine & bar fridge. Easy drive to all attractions. Loved watching the kangaroos in paddock. Hosts excellent communicators.

Disappointed at lack of basic cooking facilities not disclosed in publicity material. Otherwise the accomadation and location were very good. A very peaceful location.

Perfect weekend getaway
The villa was amazing just what we required for our anniversary, the gardens were magnificent and relaxing to sit on the verandah sipping on a hunter valley wine and watching the kangaroos. It was a little bit out of town but we had a tour and there were taxis available. Just needed a garbage bin close by as we couldn't find one. But all up a great place
