"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. "Stylish hotel, it shows a bit of wear and tear but still very nice and classy. Unfortunately the sauna and bathhouse were closed - which is for us the most important feature in each hotel we go to. Pool is open only at certain times."
