Check in was a bit of a hassle, because they didn't get/lost(?) the Expedia booking. So we had to fill out some form, but after all not too bad. Later we had some questions regarding the tourist buses. Here first, we were told that we booked two nights instead of the original wanted one night. Took a while, but we convinced them that they written down the wrong booking dates.
Then we came finally to our question, where they were not helpful at all. We asked for the times the buses leave. They told us some time, which was 30min after the actual leaving time (we inquired this somewhere else afterwards) and in addition they told us, if we wouldn't have already tickets, we would have no chance to get on a bus.
As it turned out, on our day of departure, there was no hassle at all to get a tourist bus ticket on the bus station.
Overall, all these conversations were really rude and the people were quite arrogant. A real shocker for us, because we always had extremely good experiences so far with people in Nepal.
Unfortunately, not recommendable.
