A good choice for budget traveller. I got a "budget room" for approx. 8,50 EUR per night, but the room was a standard room, which was really big with a double bed and a single bed. There was a small balcony as well. The room was old, but the bed was comfortable. However, the flat-screen TV had very bad signal and there was no fridge or minibar. The bathroom was very basic and the biggest problem was hot water, which needed a lot of time to start being at least warm. The shower worked quite bad. The best part was the included breakfast, which consisted of an omelette, small side-dish of potatoes and vegetables, plus two toasts with butter and jam and tea. The hotel is situated in a side street, away from the live Lakeside promenade, but close enough to walk there in 5 minutes. The only problem are street vendors that close and open their steel covers late evening/early morning, disturbing your sleep. And these streets are very dark in the night, something typical for Nepal as general. From the roof you can have a nice view over Annapurna mountain range. 25 minutes walk from the airport. The staff is friendly, so I recommend if you dont look up for luxury.
