"Whilst it was quiet, I was encouraged to agree to have my dinner at 5.30pm and within a couple of hours of arriving when I had only had lunch elsewhere a few hours before so the chef could leave early. The dinner (ghoulash, polenta and cabbage) was OK but I couldn't really eat so soon after a full lunch. Wine served with dinner was very good. "

"The restaurant at this hotel is wonderful! We arrived late, less than an hour before the restaurant closed and we ate on site for convenience. We were so glad we did! Excellent home cooked food and desserts. The hotel is older and charming. Had a slight issue when we checked in because the front desk staff does not hav access to the Expedia bookings, apparently only the manager, so they could not confirm my booking. "Nice pension in traditional mountain style. Our room was very nicely decorated and we had our own balcony. Our bathroom was equipped with a luxurious shower. Very warm and helpful hospitality. Ample breakfast. We also had dinner for 8 EUR per person, which was traditional Romanian and also very ample. The dining room has a nice fireplace where always a fire was burning (in October, maybe it is different in July). We felt very comfortable an will return to that place."

"For one night the place was fine. It had an outdoor area where you can eat or drink. A bit out of town so we drove to eat a meal. Room was clean although small it was fine. "
