"Chalet exceptionnel pour un moment inoubliable ! Karin et Bruno ont été disponibles et nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, merci. Nous avons passé un moment fabuleux où tout s’arrête, entourés par la nature, le silence. Le bain nordique est délicieux et la vue magnifique. Le chalet est très confortable et j’ai adoré la cheminée, le poêle et sans parler de cette splendide chambre.Un moment magique…Merci, Christophe & Nathalie "

"If you are looking for peace and quiet in the country with the sound of cow bells and birds, this is perfect! The home has been lovingly restored by the owners and was very comfortable. The owners were also so lovely and welcoming, even helping us as we got our car stuck on the drive (the drive is steep!) but the view is totally worth it. We would highly recommend!"

"The location behind the palace was unique, nice vews from the palace. Easy/nice walk to the village. Lovely cathedral, good place for lunch near the city hall. Only remark, we left it cleaner than it was when we came. "

"Charmant chalet isolé dans une vallée. Nous y sommes allés hors saison pour déconnecter. Pari tenu, nous sommes rester 4 jours, avons eu le droit a de la neige et le chalet et le seul aux alentours. Tout confort et paisible. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont étés aux petits soins et très serviables Nous reviendrons !! "

The late summer weather was exceedingly good, the wildlife numerous and for the most part obliging, and there was a magnificent swimming lake forty minutes away. "The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."

Excellent location but research directions

"Top Notch remodel apartments in a historic building. Part of a complex of an old church/fort. Difficult to find I got lost even with Google Maps but well worth it when you arrive"

Peaceful country setting

"We were pleasantly surprised by our one night stay at the BnB. We had picked the hotel based on the location and it didn’t disappoint. It is located in a quiet small village but we found plenty to do nearby. We also had a lovely breakfast chatting with the host before getting back on the road. "
