"What i was offered and what the room was, were two different things. The manager understood my point and offered me a “upgrade” at a additional price. After checking into my upgraded room, the tv did not work, and the water of the shower was cold and then hot. The room also had a funny smell.... On the upside... The staff was very friendly and helpful."

No tea or coffee in the room except a kettle. The bed and mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The mattress protector was of plastic material.
