Catch N Relax - Off Peak Special!

CATCH 'N' RELAX is a 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with only a short walk to the Tavern.

Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas cooktop, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods),

Open plan dining and lounge area with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, TV, sliding door near dining that leads to the back deck, access to front deck via lounge area.

Main bedroom with ensuite, walk-in robe, sliding door to front deck. All bedrooms with ceiling fans, bedroom with single bed has a TV.

Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, full size bath, and separate w/c. Laundry with sink, no washing machine.

Front and rear deck with ramp, front deck with outdoor setting and bbq.

Plenty of room for parking and the boat, access to rear yard.

Shed not for use

Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 1 bunk plus single, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - single.

Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees will apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$200 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$170 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$150 per night

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our 3 nights at Point Turton. Accomodation excellent. Short walk to the tavern and jetty is directly opposite the tavern. Very clean and modern property. Nice verandah out the front with an outdoor setting so we enjoyed a few drinks with views of the ocean to our right. Had to change some details of our booking and staff were quick to respond and very efficient.Would stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to book and pay for, good customer service. Floors kitchen items and bedding need to be properly cleaned before visitors arrive. Dirty quilt cover on one bed had to be washed - body fluid not at all satisfactory, floors had gravel and debris on them and pots cups and cutlery had foodstuff caked on them - had to clean before using. Shower cubicle had hair and dirt on the floor. Would appreciate a refund of cleaning fee paid as we had to pre-clean many items before use.

Quite possibly the best location to explore Southern Yorkes.
Catch 'n' Relax is a roomy, comfortable and functional property for local fishing or exploring all sections of SYP. If you're not relaxing in Pt. Turton itself, you can easily access many other locations like Corny Point, Warooka, Yorketown, Minlaton, Stansbury and so on. This house is ideal for a family or a group of friends.
