Avabreak Beach House is located on the headland, providing the ultimate beachfront location to take in 180 degree views of the surrounding area and local bays that provide azure blue waters and long white sandy beaches. Ideal for Beach lovers. Sleeps six adults in three Queen size bedrooms all with en-suites plus 1 bunk bed for two children. STRICTLY NO PETS.

Due to Covid 19 you must bring your own linen and towels.

Downstairs offers a large galley style kitchen complete with stainless euro appliances,and yes there is a dish washer so the kids can do the dishes, porcelain floors, 8 person timber dining table representing a boat, large leather lounge,colour TV, double bedroom with queen bed and toilet / en-suite bathroom, laundry with washing machine, outdoor alfresco area with BBQ and Large Timber Table and Chairs.
Upstairs, large leather lounges and coffee table, private cinema / lounge with 154cm HD Plasma TV with Foxtell, movies and sport , 8 Ball Table, Two double bedrooms, one as a family bedroom with double bunk for the children both with queen beds and en-suites.Balcony with outdoor table and chairs.

You will need to bring your own linen and towels, we provide quilts and pillows. For this property you will require 3 sets of Queen sheets, 2 sets of singles and 8 pillow cases.

The Beach house is in a quiet, convenient, location and only a short walk to the local Tavern, Jetty and Bakery.Directly in front of the beach house only a few steps away is beautiful Magazine Bay, great for swimming, snorkeling, fishing or just relaxing. Point Turton provides an excellent boat ramp offering protected waters. There is plenty of room for the boat to be parked at the beach house.
