Lovely Home with a Great View
Home was lovely and comfortable. It was well stocked for the group and everyone enjoyed their stay. Rooms were spacious and mostly had on-suite bathrooms which was really great. Views were incredible. We even had an eagle sighting above the river outside the dining room! Such a great property overall. Customer service was great! Will rent from Evolve again!

Gorgeous house-well stocked-and room for all
This house is beautiful. The rooms are large and updated. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and the dining area was large enough for our full house of adults and children. The outdoor area was wonderful to sit and relax. The side yard provided a great place to play corn hole and other games. One note, though - there is NO beach access as indicated in the description. One tiny area of sand (one beach chair maybe) appears at low tide that is not accessible unless you go through the water. There is a beach park not too far from the property but don't figure to sit on the beach in front of the property. Downstairs bed mattresses were a bit too firm for my taste and the two double bedroom downstairs does not have a solid door - it has a curtain. The owner was very responsive. Pt. Pleasant Beach was a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay here and have already talked about renting this house again - that speaks of our satisfaction with the property.

Perfect house with unbelievably great view
My extended family of 14 stayed at this house that was right on the Manasquan river. The house was wonderful! The large kitchen tables set up was perfect for our group. We woke each morning to the sunrise on the river. The house was airy, light, big, clean, and had everything we needed. All 5 teenage boys slept in the bedrooms in the finished basement level and were in heaven with their own living room down there. The two bedrooms on the main level were perfect for the family with the little girls. And then we remaining adults were in bedrooms upstairs. Everyone (each of the bedrooms) had their own comfortable beds and modern, great bathrooms. There is SO MUCH to do on the Jersey shore and it is also easy to pop into New York City for the day. We will definitely be back to rent this house for our next family get-together. My only caveat is that this property is better for families with kids over 4 years old, because the backyard goes right to the river (no fence). That didn't apply to us so we were happy as clams getting the unobstructed view and access to the river.

Reunion for 21 Guests
The house was perfect for our group, well furnished, clean with lovely views of the river. There were 21 of us all ages. We went to the Jenkins boardwalk, Seaside Heights, and to Atlantic City. Some also went by ferry and car to see the Statue of Liberty. Others were interested in seeing the Pine Barrens, a very unique area in South Central NJ. We were impressed with the owners commitment to recycling. All in all this was the perfect setting for our family reunion.

Perfect Wedding Reception

A week for family, friends and a Wedding to.
This house is absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking river view. Great floor plan. Rooms are amazing and kitchen is awesome. Place comes well equipped for a an intimate dinner or preparing for a full blown Wedding Reception. I chose this house for my Family and close Friends to stay at for the week, as well as for my Reception (also would make a great Wedding location to). Place was more then big enough with plenty of parking. All in all this is a place for real friends and family. A place to relax and enjoy the area. Very close to the beach and other attractions yet far enough away from the bustle and crowds. Details: Extra Large Freezer, Extra Large Refrigerator (completely separate), downstairs Combo Fridge and Freezer plus a small Fridge at the wet bar. Ice makers in Freezer and wet bar as well. Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs plus back bedroom closet has a lot of supplies to get the job done (sterno, tray holders, serving dishes, etc.). Bedroom Linens are provided and bath towels to. Suggestion is to pay attention to when the neighbors have their garbage cans out. That's when you put yours out as well to. In all the place was great. The ONLY complaint I can think of is the internet connection wasn't the best, but workable. In all a 5 STAR place to stay!

Family Reunion
We held our family reunion at this property and couldn't have been happier. This spacious home gave us many opportunities and the perfect environment to reconnect with our loved ones. We enjoyed relaxed and comfortable days both inside and outside the home. The connected lot next to the home provided a safe place for our children to play and a perfect setting for our family bar-b-ques and activities. The views of the river provided opportunities for quiet reflection from the private bedroom balconies. We visited the boardwalk to enjoy the ocean, family amusement rides and nightclubs. Overall, this was a perfect oasis for our reunion.
