"We have stayed here half dozen times and there is great care in maintaining the grounds but the rooms are looking worn and tired. Pictures may be outdated at this point. Our sofa had a tear in it. The carpet is worn and needing either a deep clean or total replacement. Mold along the baseboards in bathroom. Well equipped room just some general neglect and standard cleaning is not addressing these things. Prices may be escalating and although the property is great the rooms will need some help...

We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. "We visited during the off season. It was quiet. Unfortunately, the arcade was closed, when we thought it would be open. We enjoyed the peace. The room was good. There were dirty towels under the sink but everything else was clean. Some things to consider are upgrading the TV to include streaming and getting some mats for the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen to sit the dishes and utensils on. "
