"We have stayed here quite a few times. We come back to this place because it is always clean and well kept. Handy location as well."

"I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. The "condo" is actually an old motel they "renovated" into a "resort." Those are all...

"We love going to big cedar before school starts, and the Wilderness Club lodges are the perfect solution! Roomy, tidy, and provide all kitchen essentials needed. Highly recommend booking this way for a stay at big cedar!"

"Property was nice, however our check in did not good so well. We had booked a 3 Bedroom months ago and we get there to check in and didn’t have us in 3 adjoining rooms, was told to get our parking pass and was not told we’re to get them . Drove around the property to find were we we’re supposed to get the pass and found a security guard and asked him and he had no idea . Went back to check in and asked we’re to get the parking pass and we we’re told to go down to the hall we’re we checked in....

"We truly enjoyed our trip to Branson. The accommodations were very good. The one thing we were not happy with is that BOTH of the hot tubs were without jets. This is the only pool activity the grownups wanted to partake in. "

"Property is beautiful and offers so many things to do. We always enjoy the pools and the lake. This trip, we used the complementary canoes, went mini golfing and played black light bingo! We appreciate all the included activities. Staff is always friendly and our stays have always been enjoyable! "
