Timber floorboards immediately gift a coastal feel upon entry leading to two separate living areas, both with ample space for rest, relaxation and movie nights. The galley kitchen is fully equipped for culinary artists, with dishwasher, coffee machine, electric cooktop and microwave. Seated dining for 10 sits conveniently close by.
Comfortably sleeping 10 guests across 4 large bedrooms, all with BIRs and pleasing garden outlooks. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, bedrooms 2 & 3 have double beds and bedroom 4 has a trio bunk with double on the bottom and single on the top.
There is also a handy office space for those who bring work or summer study with them. The entire sleeping wing is privatized from the central living areas, allowing respite for younger children and napping adults. The hero of this fantastic retreat is the outstanding outdoor alfresco zone, featuring a fully undercover private deck with seating for 10 people, high-end Matador gourmet BBQ, sun loungers and to top it all off – an in-ground swimming pool to enjoy on those not so perfect beach days. Additionally, there is an enclosed grassy yard to the east, ideal for afternoon cricket or a friendly game of bocce.
Location is key when holidaying in Point Lonnie and this position will not disappoint. An easy stroll to the protected “Springs” beach, popular front beach and the bustling main street.
Manicured walking trails can lead you from Lighthouse to Lighthouse, arriving you at historical Queenscliff for an alternative adventure. Further inclusions of 3 smart TVs, Wifi, ceiling fans, fully equipped laundry with washer/dryer, ducted heating and 2 serviceable bathrooms being 1 main bathroom with a bath with spa and shower over, vanity and toilet, a separate shower room and a 2nd toilet in a powder room (2 toilets). Please note – the property does not have an ensuite.
LINEN: Linen and towels are included but you will need to bring your own beach and pool towels.
CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc.
POOL: The Pool depth is 1.7m it is solar heated! this means that the pool will be cold in winter as it will not get the sun it needs to heat up.
Access: Ann Street is accessible from Lawrence Road and Grimes Road. You need to take the access from Lawrence Road and follow to the walkway which takes you to the other side of Ann Street. Sandy Ann’s is on the left hand side of the walkway – it has a gravel drive through driveway and a circular stained-glass window.
PARKING: OSP for up to 3 vehicles is available within the circular driveway.
