"We loved the house. It’s on the water and easily accessible. The house is very unique to us because the boat lifts are under the house which was perfect for keeping gear dry, early morning rigging up in the dark, and a big plus is the 3rd bathroom especially with ladies on the boat. Literally you can be fishing with in minutes of getting in the boat. The location is also perfect, reasons being it’s 200 yards from poc fishing center and centrally located. "This home is very cute and came equipped with everything we could have possibly needed during our weekend stay. It was very comfortable and had plenty of space for our party of 6 adults plus guests that visited during the day. The private pier was great but definitely needs some minor repairs which the owner is aware of and working on. Loved the barn for evening hang outs!"
