"The location is fantastic and the view is perfect. The place was incredibly clean, with everything we needed. We initially couldn't find the gate where the key was hidden. There could be clearer instructions for this. One of the toilets wouldn't flush, so I turned the tap next to the toilet. It then flooded the floor so I turned it off completely, but then we had no water throughout the whole property. I contacted customer service and in the meantime only turned the tap on a little.
