"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. I stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip and, though I don’t often have breakfast when traveling, it was included in the rate, so I gave it a try. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options. Although I was just passing through Austria on my way to Germany, this hotel has inspired me to come back, stay again, and explore Austria more. Truly fantastic value! "

"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. The spa area was out of this world and would compete with any luxury resort. Tristan’s local knowledge and advice on where to eat and how to get around on the tram were so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
