What I didn't like was that they didnt tell us that they were upgrading us to a room with a kitchen although we would have been happy with the room that we ordered, seaview room. So, because of that, when we got there she surprised us with a charge of €100 and it had to be in cash. I only had €60 in cash so she took the last of my cash.
