"For some reason ot took long to check-in, but thats not my complaint. Disappointed that I couldn't connect my computer or usb device to the television. Seemed the system was intentional locked into prohibiting one's own devices. To make matters worse, the television offered netflix, but it was impossible to change to language to english and even worse english subtitles were not available. "It's a very nice hotel right next to Andryinvski descent. The hotel is shining clean, the staff is friendly. Its located within a short walk both from Podil entertainment district and the sights of the city center. Highly recommended"

"Great service. check-in was very easy. breakfast at the restaurant was good. I even forgot my bag at the restaurant and the staff returned it to me right away. I was very, very happy and thankful!"
