"Beautiful house and pool, and spotlessly clean. View over the valley and meals outside everyday made for a wonderfully relaxing week. Road up the hill to the property is single track, but fully tarred road and we got used to it pretty quickly. Enjoyed a delicious meal in Livade on our last night. A really great holiday for us all ( 3 teen/student aged "children" and parents) Thank you !"

Its central location provides easy access to hill towns and seaside areas of Istria as well as day trips to explore Slovenia and Trieste. "We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. "We stayed in Lina's place for 6 nights late July/early August. The weather was gorgeous and the pool was perfect for our family. We were greeted by Lina who showed us how everything works. She lives next door so is on hand for any issues that arise. She doesn’t speak much English but we got by using hand gestures and Google Translate. "We had a really good holiday in Croatia but we were a little disappointed with the villa we stayed in. Although the property showed a lot of character, it was let down by few niggly things. Firstly the kitchen seems to be work in progress as their was no oven fitted and the lower units below sink and hob were very empty. The rest of the kitchen was fine.
