"This hotel is outstanding. The room was modern, ultra clean, great a/c, nicely stocked mini-fridge, very nice bathroom, cool balcony. Located right in downtown with restaurants, bars, cafes. Absolutely great service, concierge and desk guys know everything and are friendly and will check out any info needed. Cool city too. Super clean, relaxed, slow pace, nice river running through it and not too many sights so you can relax with the locals. Big party scene at night or you can find nice...

"we booked 2 appartments Paid for 1 bedroom, got one room with 3 beds instead second appartment was 2 bedroom suit but no door separating bedroom from living room. I specifically asked for separate bedrooms. Pictures on hotels.ca is different than actual rooms Low ceiling, broken shower. Breakfast was ok early check out at 10 am instead of 11 or 12. cash only payments for city tax and no receipt issues by hotel. answer is we dont issue receipts. Maid are smoking in hallways"
