Modern villa with pool, whirlpool & roof terrace - Villa Azuro

Luxurious Villa Azuro is located in Sveti Filip i Jakov, just 3 km from Biograd and 25 km south of the historic city of Zadar. The new and modern villa has a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 shower rooms, 2 open living areas with dining tables, well-equipped kitchens and a total of 4 furnished covered balconies with wonderful sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and are ideal for up to 18 people. For the 2020 season, a roof terrace with a whirlpool, pergola, relaxation area and grill will be created on the top floor. The facility is completely enclosed and also provided with privacy screens so that you can enjoy maximum privacy. The heated private outdoor pool (6 x 3 m) with sun loungers and seating areas as well as a solar shower are at your disposal. Parking spaces are also available in the closed courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
