"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

Noemi disponibilissima e un plauso grande alla mamma Valeria. Donna garbata e carina, veramente squisita. Sei a pochi minuti da entrambe le Terme . Lo consiglierei ? "Abbiamo goduto di tre buonissime settimane in questo appartamento nel centro storico di Manciano: il paese è accogliente, rilassante e ventilato. La casa accogliente, spaziosa, ben attrezzata e con una vista superba sull'Argentario dalla terrazza. Unico neo da segnalare la presenza di piccioni invadenti sul lato del vicolo: forse un intervento di sigillatura delle fessure nelle quali fanno i nidi valorizzerebbe la casa."

"We stayed in the downstairs apartment, which was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with some lovely antiques. The surrounding grounds, olive orchard and view are also beautiful. We had lots of rain, and especially enjoyed the covered patio—which allowed us to be outdoors and enjoy the view without getting wet! I like to cook while traveling, and appreciated the spacious kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and serving platters. The location is also great for getting to walks through...

"The property is rustic but well equpped. It’s an old farmhouse in the hills, so things are rough around the edges, this is not a property with a manicured garden and upscale sofas. I enjoyed that, and especially loved the views over the hills, eating fresh figs from the tree, and lounging in the sun by the pool. There are a few beautiful villages in the area and food shopping is easy, but because it’s in the hills the journeys to other places (the beach, Orvieto, lake belsano) can be quite...
