Great little house
Definitely recommend this house for a getaway. The house was clean, beds and linens were comfortable. It was nice to have towels supplied. A bottle of wine and toiletries were on the counter waiting for us. The washer/dryer combo is incredibly loud and shook the entire living room as it ran. We wished there were a place to put our wet towels and swim suits from the hot tub as the dryer was too loud to do anything as it ran. The hot tub was nice, clean and very close to the deck. The dishwasher was just as loud and didn’t clean any of the dishes, they all needed to be hand washed after the fact. It was nice having heaters in each bedroom as well.

Very enjoyable
As soon as I entered house was very clean and welcoming. All appliances were new and good working order. Bathroom was inviting as well. Great place to stay for weekend getaway. We were sightseeing most days and came back and relaxed at night. Didn’t use hot tub but looked clean. Only thing they could update is the yard and front screen door. Handle was broken. Definitely recommend this rental for the money.

vacation in the mountains
location was not what i expected via online photos, bedrooms are very small, hot tub location was not acceptable to us and back yard was not well coming. Screen door had NO screen therefore we were unable to open for fresh air to come in. overall the decor of the house was well thought out and a bottle of wine for us was a very nice touch.

Perfect Mountain Escape!
This was one of the nicest houses we have ever rented. The house was gorgeous inside and provided everything we needed for a great weekend. The hot tub was relaxing, fire pit was great, the animals that we saw amazing. A lot of deer and we even saw a bear! The house was just everything we asked for an more. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner kept the house at a perfect temperature. The amenities in the development were an added bonus.

Misleading! Dirty worn out carpet at entrance of house. A counter top drawer dislodged and placed above the sink. Bedroom 1 closet door not on track. Had to repair loose toilet seat myself. Bathroom sink my daughter had to unclog. None of the windows were locked. The fireplace could not be used because smoke came into the house and set the alarm off. Fire pit was left dirty and I had to clean it. There was a $93 fee for using the facilities which we never used and I there was no obvious indication of this fee. Back deck was filled with debris from the rain and the front deck could use a stain. Finally the welcome area, employees were not very welcoming.

Lovely friend getaway!
My friends and I had a really great time at Arrowhead Lake. The house was very clean and very nice. We made good use of the kitchen, enjoyed the comfy couches and large TVs, and especially loved the hot tub. The hot tub was cleaned before we arrived, and maintenance was done while we were there. The house was very warm and cozy. The neighborhood is lovely, great to walk around in, and more hiking and towns are just a half hour to an hour drive away. Would stay again!

Ski Getaway
The cabin was cozy, with new furniture and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the fireplace and the large TV. We spent the day skiing and came back for a nice fire, home cooked meal and relaxing at night. Perfect for the two of us. Due to the snow and ice outside, we were not able to take advantage of outdoor spaces or the firepit but enjoyed our time in this cabin!

Nice stay but definitely had some issues
House was decent size. The porches were covered in ice and snow and there was no shovel so that made things difficult. The floor had piece broken that kept popping off kinda obnoxious. Closet doors were pretty jacked up. Mostly small problems inside. My biggest complaint was the porches. Showers and kitchen were nice. Overall it was a ok stay. They do have a game room were most stuff is free made up for some of it.

Cozy Mountain Getaway
If quiet is what you're looking for, I strongly recommend this rental. It's clean, in a private lake community, and convenient to get to many towns and attractions. The instructions for check in were easy to follow. Upon arrival in the home, we found a complimentary bottle of red wine and welcome note. The kitchen was well equipped - just bring food and beverages! The bathroom was extremely clean and functional with a pretty good shower head (though I recommend treads in the tub... it's a little slippery). The hot tub was a fun bonus as well! Highly recommend!

Stayed for 4 nights. On arrival, home was very clean and welcoming. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. All the comforts of home. Hot tub was available to use as well. Would highly recommend this home. Property manager easily available to answer any questions.
