This spacious home includes a fully stocked kitchen and dining room with a huge extendable table to seat everyone, a sitting area with a fireplace, a living room with a cathedral ceiling featuring huge windows and plenty of seating, and a rec room in the basement with a seating area and toys. You can enjoy the brand-new outdoor deck or firepit just off the dining room where you will frequently see deer and wildlife roaming through the trees. A convenient driveway-level entrance to the laundry room gives easy access for dry skis and boots in the winter. An inclined sidewalk and ramp provide accessibility to the main floor for elderly and disabled people without using steps.

Arrowhead Lake Community requires all guests and vehicles to be registered 5 days prior to arrival to our home. All registration fees and seasonal amenities are included in your reservation. You must provide the required information to us BEFORE 5 DAYS OF YOUR STAY or you will not be able to access this home.

Any fines incurred during your stay on the property by the guest will be the full responsibility of the guest. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or it's facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
