LAKE HAVEN LODGE is our Top Rated Arrowhead Lake Community House: 4 Bedroom lake view Pocono home. Across the street from the lake, and within easy walking distance of the beach and community island with pool and splash pad, boats for rent, picnic area, playground, sports courts, and more.

The house has a game room, TVs and WiFi, fire pit, cornhole and other outdoor games, front deck to relax on, and more.

This sprawling Lake-side lodge will feel like home with a fully loaded game room and relaxing front porch with lake view. Enjoy a nice evening fire by the lake with fire pit with plenty of seating for everyone. Take a ride in the Canoe from the marina. Enjoy TV in every bedroom and living room., and an outdoor backyard space set amongst the woods, patio table and with a propane grill and more! You'll have easy parking to avoid the car shuffling. The house is literally steps from the beach, community playground, pavilion, and more!

IMPORTANT: starter packs of paper goods, toiletries, cleaning chemicals, soaps, detergents, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, and other kitchen necessities ARE all included with your stay. Sheets and towels ARE included too.

Your pets (up to 3) are also welcome with paid pet fee.

Inside the ~1,600 square foot house you will find four bedrooms - all enclosed with doors - no dens or other spaces pretending to be bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs - 1 with king beds and three queen bedrooms - with brand new comfortable mattresses! This lake house has it all - a full kitchen with all the usual appliances, great room for TV and gathering, huge outdoor deck directly across from the beautiful lake, a seating area with lake view and much more.

Our lake house, Lake Haven, is part of Arrowhead Lake community. The Following amenities are available within easy walking distance of the house:

**MANDATORY RESORT FEES [paid to Arrowhead Lake]:
3 pools are available and 1 of the pools is on the island on the lake

Entrance fees apply to enter Arrowhead Community. These are the community's mandatory charges - not ours. Wristbands for amenities (in season - Memorial Day to Labor Day: $8.50 per person, per day or $42.50 for 7 days per person; off-season - Sept to May: $2 per person, per day) are mandatory year-round for all guests over the age of 6; $35 registration fee; $20 vehicle fee also required (per vehicle)

ARROWHEAD LAKE AMENITIES: - 3 heated outdoor swimming pools - 4 beaches - clubhouse - fitness room - game room with pool tables - tennis, basketball, & beach volleyball court

Relaxing getaway
Warm, cozy cabin with beautiful views of the lake and forests. My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and it was the perfect chance to relax and unwind. Plenty to do in the community itself, and in the nearby area as well, but my girlfriend said her favorite moment was when this family of deer came by to graze along the front yard while we sat on the deck and watched. Thanks again to Ashleigh and Michael for providing such a comfortable place for us to stay.

Great Autumn Leafing Trip
Michael and Ashley's lakehouse perfectly captures the essence of fall, with its golden-hued leaves reflecting on the calm lake waters. Great Place for Ski Trip
Great spot for skiing and exploring the Poconos. House was nice, clean, well-kept. Community charged fees to get in, but it offered a lot - the clubhouse is fantastic and the lakes and pools seem like they would be great in the summer time (we stayed in the winter). Overall, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

MDW in the mountains!!
This was the best weekend away! This property is really nice and the location is perfect! We loved everything about this place! My kids are 7 and 4 and had a blast and the best part was being able to bring my dogs! The owners are responsive and great to work with! We will be back for sure!

This place was a total nightmare. The room was absolutely filthy—dust in the corners, and it felt like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The towels were old, thin, and ripped, and to make matters worse, the bedding had noticeable stains. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The bathrooms need a remodel. Even the outside lighting was terrible, making it feel unsafe at night. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone—it's clear they don't care about basic cleanliness or comfort. Stay away!

Girls weekend trip
We had a great time at the cabin for a much needed girls trip. The house was perfect for the 5 of us and having the two bathrooms was a plus. The property had a nice view of the lake and we had deer in the front yard every day.
