"The Vila Vita Parc hotel is a beautiful property with gorgeous common areas, pools, and restaurants. The staff is excellent and seem genuinely happy to work there and provide service to the guests. The only drawback with Vila Vita is that the rooms are in need of updating. The AC in our room did not work properly and the decor was pretty dated. We stayed in a roof top terrace suite and given the nightly rate, I would have expected the room to have been in better condition."

The hotel is a bit of a walk to town, but not too bad. If you wanted you could just stay and relax at the resort, but don't miss the beach area in Carvoeiro. "
