Just a few blocks from historic Main Street Pocatello, you have access to some of the BEST local restaurants and evening entertainment. We are also about 5 minutes from ISU. Stocked with comfortable , luxurious bedding and towels, you’re sure to have a great stay. This home was built in 1935, and has a unique feel. But with some updated mid century furniture, get ready for a unique local experience! Please do note, there are guests upstairs as well. You may hear them walking around
The home consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. It is a basement apartment, and there is one hallway where the ceiling is low. There may be people staying above in the apartment upstairs, so be aware of that there may be some noise heard.
You have sole access to the basement apartment of the home. The upstairs is reserved for other guests. The upstairs guests have no access to the basement area. The staircase going downstairs may be accessed by cleaners, and your space begins at the door with the welcome sticker on it. You are welcome to use the backyard and patio as you please. Parking is available in the alleyway behind the home. There is no access to heat and AC in the basement, but if you let me know, I can easily adjust to fit your needs.

We are located in a quaint neighborhood. The neighbors on both sides are sweet people. Old town Pocatello is a few blocks away, and the house is walking there are so fun to look at! We are about a five minute drive to Idaho State University.
Car is the best mode of transportation for getting around Pocatello
The ceiling in the entryway is short. If you are over 6’0, you may have to slightly duck. But the bedroom, bathroom, and living room is plenty high! No smoking on the property.
