"What a lovely place! Our condo was nicely decorated, had tons of space, kitchen counters that went for miles! Lots of windows to view the beautiful sound. We valued the somewhat isolated location. No walkability to stores but Edenton was just across the bridge. What a cute, beautiful, historic town! ..."

My trip was business but Not where I would stay for vacation. Limited hotel and restuarant options. Community is very friendly though. One of very few left where people still greet you when you pass.

Staff was ver nice, breakfast was good. I think the overall condition of the building has gone down, needs a good cleaning. Grounds needs to be updated. Ice buckets stacked on floor at entrance did not look inviting. Carpets need to be cleaned
