Welcome to our cozy and inviting Mountain Manor, located in the picturesque town of Plymouth, NH on the Tenney Mountain Ski Resort. This classic New England town is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts seeking adventure and natural beauty all year round.
The location is unbeatable, just off Interstate 93 and surrounded by the stunning White Mountain National Forest and New Hampshire's Lakes Region. Plymouth State University is also nearby, making it a great option for visiting families. Our slope-side location offers easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Tenney Mountain. In addition to the nearby skiing and hiking opportunities, we are a short drive from the Tilton outlets for those who love to shop.
Step inside our townhouse and find yourself greeted by a spacious and beautifully decorated living area, featuring an open concept kitchen, dining, and living space with high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinetry, and an island with seating. Everything you need to cook a delicious meal is at your fingertips, including a coffee/espresso machine, toaster, pots and pans, bakeware, waffle maker, various drink ware, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking amenities.
Relax by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the mountain views through the skylights or take a breath of fresh air on the private back deck and dine alfresco.
Our Mountain Manor comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a master suite and a loft area. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and an attached master bath with a large walk-in tile shower, while the loft area features a king and a queen bed, a Roku Smart TV, and a full bath with a tub.
For families with young children, we provide a travel crib, high chair, and two baby gates. We also have an assortment of games and toys. Please note that while we have safety caps on some outlets, Our Mountain Manor is not completely childproof.
Please note that personal hygiene items such as body soap and shampoo are not provided - please bring your own. If you plan to do laundry we do have supplies available for purchase or you can bring you own.
During your stay, you may encounter wildlife, bugs, and snowstorms, as this is mountain living at its finest. Please keep this in mind when booking, as we do not provide refunds due to old quirks or mountain life.
We also have security cameras monitoring the exterior of the home for your safety and insurance purposes. The cameras do not monitor the interior.
We ask guests do the following before their 11am check-out...
- TRASH: Take the trash out to the dumpster. Trash bags are located under the kitchen sink.
- DISHES: Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Detergent pods are under the kitchen sink.
- TOWELS: Place dirty towels on the bathroom floor.
- FURNITURE: If you’ve moved any furniture, you must return items back to their original location.
- Make sure to take all your items with you. Double check items that you may have left in the refrigerator, backyard, washer/dryer, and the kitchen cabinets. People often leave items in these areas.
- Return thermostats to original settings
- Lock the windows and doors prior to exiting
LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless.
