This impressive yet personal building sits within the awesome self contained complex that is """"Royal William Yard"""".

The Bruce offers the perfect family city water retreat. The main bedroom has a king size bed, in addition there is a small """"cabin room"""" with a built in full size triple bunk beds ideal for the kids, a house bathroom and two double sofa beds in the lounge. It sits in an impressive complex with over 10 restaurants to hand and its own cinema coming very soon.

It has its own allocated parking space. Only 20m from the Tamar River waterfront.
