5-Bed House with distant sea views in Plymouth

Welcome to our beautiful house in Plymouth. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. *Please be advised the house is accessed by a service alleyway and up a spiral staircase. This may NOT be suitable for everyone, however this is reflected in the price* and you will not find a more value for money accommodation, central with a sea view in Plymouth.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer box and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10. All have new beds and mattresses.

The living room enjoys a distant sea view over the Plymouth Sound.

The house is accessible via a service ally and via an external spiral staircase, so please be advised this may not be suitable for those differently abled, the elderly or small children. This is the only access to the house and that is reflected in the low price.

All 5 bedrooms contain the following:
- A double bed
- A hanging space, drawers and dressing table


There are 2 bathrooms, both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower. New hot water system.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

There is a small garden.

There is on road parking facilities available at the property which are free after 11am and at weekends.

We are 10 minute walk to the city centre and 15-20 minute walk to the Hoe and Barbican.

 House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Arrival is strictly no later than 10pm as there will be no one to help you in case of an entry issue

- Smoking is not allowed.
 - Pets are sadly not allowed at the property  - Shoe must not be worn inside the house
- Quite time between 10pm and 8am

- No parties
 - No all male groups unless contractors
 - Bookings will not be accepted on behalf of other people unless otherwise agreed.
 - strictly no extra guest are allowed In the property.
Quiet time is from 10pm until 8am.
We kindly ask you to please respect our neighbours, excessive noise complaints will result in cancelation of the booking and ask you to leave with no refund. We want you to have fun but please be mindful.
The heating and hot water is on timer from 6am-9am and 4pm-9pm if u need it at other times please just ask.
There is an external ring doorbell on the property for security.
- To keep the price as low as possible we DO NOT charge a cleaning fee to keep the cost down therefore, we kindly ask you to leave the house as you find it.
