"We booked this last minute as our original booking cancelled and it was the best thing that happened. This hotel was great, it was close to the heart of the town and as close as you can stay to the Black Lake - 35 min walk or 4 min drive to the car park. "Cet établissement situé au fond d’un canyon se situe à 1h30 environ du village de Zabljak, point de départ des excursions. Pour l’atteindre il faut emprunter un chemin majoritairement de terre, pénible et difficile. On y croise régulièrement des 4x4 qui oblige à se ranger tant bien que mal voire de faire marche arrière. Une fois arrivé sur place l’hôtel revendique un 4 étoiles usurpé. 2 étoiles à peine. Chambres sommaires, exiguës, mal insonorisées où ce qui se passe passe dans la chambre...

"Pretty good hotel. Good location next to city center. We've checked-in very late so the key was prepared in advance to us so it was very convenient and easy. The window of our room didn't opened to an open air but rather to an inner space inside the building, but it didn't bother us much (take in consideration if it's important to you)."

"The hotel is located perfectly for a road trip through Montenegro and its beautiful landscapes. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the service at the hotel is superior. The area of Zabljak is not very charming but dining at the hotel was perfect. Good food and service."

"This place is paradise-like, sitting on the bank of a cold, crystal clear montain river, and surrounded with green mountains. The facilities are nice. But most importantly, we so much appreciate the wellcoming that the owner couple has given us. We will cherish memories of this experience. And hope to visit them again one day!"

"I love the location. Very peaceful and charming place. We visited off season so we were the only guest. The caretaker were very accomodating and friendly. The only downside there's too many stray cats that chase you around the property and its a little daunting when they all come together to hangout with you. But the property over all is very nice, i woyld recommend a stay"

"I love the location. Very peaceful and charming place. We visited off season so we were the only guest. The caretaker were very accomodating and friendly. The only downside there's too many stray cats that chase you around the property and its a little daunting when they all come together to hangout with you. Luxury mountain hotel that ticks all the boxes

"We booked this last minute as our original booking cancelled and it was the best thing that happened. This hotel was great, it was close to the heart of the town and as close as you can stay to the Black Lake - 35 min walk or 4 min drive to the car park. Staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded us to an exec suite, which was lovely! So much so, we decided to relax in the room for the afternoon instead of sightseeing. There was a separate bedroom, bathroom (nice products and shower gel, shampoos included). The living area had two sofas, kitchen and tv in living area and bedroom. So many facilities and amazing views from every window, including the bathroom! The balcony was also huge and had nice comfy chairs. The fact that check out is at 12, is also good as there is no rush. We managed to get in a walk around the black lake, back and showered all before check out! Restaurant was busy so would recommend booking to save you walking or driving into the town. Food was pricey (but can’t compare it to anything else) but was very good quality. We had lamb and chicken. The apple tart was delicious! Breakfast was the best we had out of everywhere we stayed in Montenegro. All fresh and tasty. They cook eggs to order and all the cakes were delicious. So much choice! Restaurant staff are very friendly too. We never used the steam room/sauna or booked a massage, but it’s good that it is offered. "

"A great hotel for exploring Durmitor, with friendly staff (especially Paul!) that were able to make recommendations about activities in the area. Ample free parking, which seems to be rare in Montenegro, and a great restaurant serving breakfast buffet and a wide range of menu options at lunch and dinner time. "
