"We did not go even though we had paid for the holiday in full. Host did not provide any arrival instructions or how to enter the property. We chased him for these and he ignored our message. We were booked to travel on the overnight ferry to St Malo as a family group. Decided that we could not take the chance of doing this only to find we could not enter the premises. Despite a request for an explanation, the host has refused to give one. More than 4000 euros out of pocket and the host has not...

Une grande pièce à vivre et une cuisine avec toute la vaisselle dont vous avez besoin qui donne sur un jardin entièrement clos Le tout donnant sur la promenade de Pleneuf Val André et l'on voit la mer dés le matin .... Nous venons de partir et on a hâte d'y revenir"

"We enjoyed a lovely week at Virginie and Sylvain's house in St Lunaire. The swimming pool was a real bonus in the hot weather! The house is beautifully presented and is very well-equipped. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding area and plenty of amenities nearby. Virginie and Sylvain are excellent hosts. "Die Highlights sind der Pool, der Wintergarten und die sehr freundlichen Vermieter-vielen Dank an Regis! 10 Minuten bis zum schönen Strand. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Bäcker und kleinen Supermarkt. Ruhig und viel Platz für alle. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist ein Sammelsurium, dadurch gibt es aber wirklich alles, was man brauchen könnte. Klare Empfehlung!"

"L’annonce est belle, les photos sont belles, mais rien ne reflète la réalité de cette piteuse maison ! Une chambre sans fenêtre, moisi au plafond. Une piscine sale, avec une sécurité laissant à désirer. Aucun accueil de la part des propriétaires Maison sale à l’arrivée. Des relations très mauvaises avec le propriétaire (ce n’est jamais de sa faute !) Une plomberie qui fait partager à l’ensemble de la maison d’affreuses remontées d’égouts. "We enjoyed our stay but there some things not right and not in line with the property description. It was very hot and there were no parasols as in the photos. The owner just said they must have been taken but did not bring any more. This was difficult with young children. Lounge was good and kitchen facilities were OK . Crockery was not in good condition lots of plates but cracked and chipped. Outside table was badly damaged. Barbecue was filthy, rusty and totally unusable Bathrooms were ok...
