"Beautiful treehouse hideaway with seriously AMAZING views. Absolutely worth it! Be prepared for for mountain roads getting there. Very steep and winding in places with bumbs and runts. Nothing surprising but just make sure not to plan on taking a rear wheel drive low rider or hauling a large trailer down there."

"Lovely host, beautiful view. We were able to stay an extra day. What a lovely property. Everything was just right. "

"Loved this place! Great decks! The dogs loved it! Walking down to fish was farther than expected. Hot is cold and cold is hot in the shower. Short drive to the park. Sitting around the fire pit at night you can really hear all those coyotes!"

"The property was gorgeous and private. The cabin was perfect for a family with kids. So much room to play and run. We enjoyed the front porch swing and the bed was super comfortable! "

Checkout time on the Vrbo listing was different compared to what was requested on the house rules inside the cabin. There is also a fridge so we did not need to bring our large ice chest. Personally would not recommend the location for guests with younger children, as the privacy was nonexistent and there was not an area to safely play in the...

"Cozy, super clean cabin, excellent hosts, beautiful views and creek to explore. We visited Arkansas for the solar eclipse and it did not disappoint. Host made us a meal the day we arrived, muffins and jams, fresh eggs and bacon. Wonderful experience."

"We stayed 4 nights in the beautifully decorated cottage while visiting our son who attends UCA. It was exactly as pictured and described. It was wonderful to spend our mornings and evenings relaxing and the property was private with no close neighbors. We enjoyed it so much we booked another stay for 5 nights in March. "

"In order to get my family together, we rented this beautiful and cozy VRBO at the base of Petit Jean Mountain. It was perfect for our large family, complete with fire place and Christmas decorations. It was the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO at which we’ve stayed. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. We met the owner as we were coming in and had a wonderful chat with her. My family is already requesting that we do the same for next year."
