"Clean property, excellent communication with property manager. The location is greaf with restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store with walking distance. It's also really easy to get taxi to take you within minutes to all the hotspots. Pool is great, we were travelling with our 2y old and the shallow pool was just perfect."

"When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows...

"This place is not looked after. patio window dirty. Microwave and a three burner stove because one was not working. 2 pots and one frying pan that was worth using, the second was A teflone frying pan that was flaking and a coffee pot. Purchased a peeler while we were there. Pool is dirty and no circulation. Owner does not care. My husband and I climbed 50 stairs daily up and down from our room. "Condo was comfortable and had everything you needed for a great stay. Beds and couches were comfy and kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Outdoor patio was huge and a great place to relax. "My friend and I stayed for a week and loved the property. It was clean, well stocked and most importantly, the A/C worked well as it was very hot during our stay. The pool area was lovely, the residents were super friendly and gave us lots of great advice on restaurants, things to do & places to see. Was nice to have a grocery store so nearby and lots of restaurants. The town Square was about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Was my first time here and can’t wait to return!"

"The property was ideally located. Chahue Beach is one of the nicest beaches in all of Huatulco and was only a 5 minute walk away. Also the Chedrai was conveniently located a block away. The square in La Crecita was also within walking distance and only a 35 peso taxi ride. Taxis were always readily avaialble in the area. "Excellent location! Walking distance to everything you need: Close to Santa Cruz beach, Saturday market, amazing restaurants, morning coffee etc. Suitable for those who enjoy a well-maintained rooftop area and serene lap pool. So thankful for the reverse osmosis water system and the in-house washer and dryer. Accomodating hosts and comfortable and safe area. Short walk to La Crucecita for groceries and cab home with one of the many friendly drivers. Looking forward to returning to Huatulco!"

"We had a wonderful time in Hautulco, Mexico. We will definitely vacation there again. Everything was affordable (condo, food, activities). The condo was fully equipped and met our needs. There was a minor issue with the boiler but Alejandro had it checked and everything was fine. The sink in the guest bathroom had a leaking pipe but it’s an easy fix, it just needs to be resealed. Other than those minor things I would stay in that condo again."
