"Our young receptionist (jeane fille, tre joile - wish we knew her name) was very professional and welcoming. She personally introduced the main areas of the hotel and locale and escorted us to our room where she explained the facilities. You could not wish for a better reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We liked the spa and indoor pool but as we were eating out cannot comment on the food. The hotel would have had spectacular views had the weather been better. ONE THING TO IMPROVE: The water gets all over the place on the shower, because the floor has insufficient incline, and very open areas. So easy to get muld and humidity build-up on floor and courners."
