"From the moment we arrived, Christophe made us welcome and at home. The property is surrounded by beautiful French countryside and the gardens and stone buildings make for an idyllic stop. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of local flavours. A car is required but it is well worth it to explore the surrounding areas. Will definitely stay again when back in the area. "

"We stayed 3 nights at the Manoir de Penn Lann at the end of a 3 week trip to Italy and France. It was a wonderfully relaxing finish to our trip. Beautifully appointed rooms in a fantastic historic manor house. Lovely grounds, indoor pool and spa. The hosts, Bryce and Elise, were great and couldn't be more accommodating. We had fantastic, freshly prepared breakfasts every morning. One of the highlights was the sheep (or lawnmowers!) grazing outside our window!!"

"Le Manoir was wonderful! We had been traveling nonstop for a week, and the peace and quiet (even for one night) was balm for the soul. It's not fancy, but it works very well. Breakfast by Delphine was delicious, and she was responsive to any questions and requests we had. We were sorry to miss seeing the goats. "Lovely hotel right on the beach, amazing amenities, beautiful spacious rooms, great spa, good restaurants (but book in advance). Be prepared that most staff /people in the area don't speak good English, but they are super nice and friendly and will do their best to understand broken French :). Highly recommend booking restaurants in the area (especially highly rated ones) in advance."

"Our young receptionist (jeane fille, tre joile - wish we knew her name) was very professional and welcoming. She personally introduced the main areas of the hotel and locale and escorted us to our room where she explained the facilities. You could not wish for a better reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We liked the spa and indoor pool but as we were eating out cannot comment on the food. The hotel would have had spectacular views had the weather been better. A lovely hotel and perfect for visiting le Trestrao"

Great Location for a Family Holiday

"Wonderful location. Super views. Swimming pool. Walks from the house. Beach when the tide is in at bottom of garden. Other great sandy beaches 10 minutes away. Idyllic. The gravel track was a pain in an ordinary saloon car."
