House completely renovated in 2014, planned for 10 people and located in the town of Plougoulm in Finistère, 3.5 km from Dossen beach in Santec, and 7 km from Roscoff.
With family or friends, take advantage of a weekend or vacation to discover Finistère, the Léon region, Roscoff's Thalasso, the Islands: Batz, Sieck, Callot, Houet ...
The house is spacious and comfortable, and consists of:
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a dormitory with 4 single beds, and a bathroom with WC.
On the ground floor, kitchen equipped with an oven and a microwave, a dishwasher, induction hobs…; living room, lounge, bedroom with 160x200 cm bed, shower room and WC.
A mezzanine accessible by a staircase with a 140x200 cm bed is located above the living room.
Lingerie with washing machine, dryer and iron.
The ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Rental possible from two nights.

Absolutely beautiful
Marie Helene was a very helpful and accommodating host, the property is perfectly located and had everything you need to make your holiday easy. The house is lovely and in a beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of life, but easy to get to a beach in the car and not far from shops and the town. We had an amazing holiday and would use this house again.

Great base for cycling along the coast
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location. We were a party of 8, and found the property worked well. We enjoyed the outside space too as the weather was fantastic. It was a leisurely cycle to/from roscoff, very few hills, so very relaxing trip.
