The house is ideally situated on the banks of the Rance, at equal distance from the 3 cities of unmissable character: the medieval city of Dinan, the famous seaside resort of Dinard, and Saint-Malo. You will reach the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast in 20 minutes, the Mont St-Michel in 45 minutes, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, and Saint-Suliac a few kilometres away, classified among the most beautiful villages in France!
The property is situated in a hamlet 2 kms from the village centre and overlooks the marina. You will be able to take advantage of the quietness of the place and recharge your batteries. Don't forget the gastronomy of the region and in particular its seafood (oysters from Cancale), and of course the pancakes, galettes, and its cider.
