The first floor is dedicated to children. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x200) each.
The house also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The house also has a splendid indoor swimming pool of 32 m² (4x8m), heated to 29°C all year round with an adjoining bathroom. A second enclosed terrace with sunbeds is accessible from the pool.

The house is fully equipped with home automation and underfloor heating.

Although the house is very pleasant and comfortable, parties are not allowed.

The house is located in a small, peaceful hamlet, less than 5 minutes from all amenities. Less than 10 minutes away is the pretty port of Portsall and the beautiful sandy beaches of Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 hiking trail runs along the entire coast.
