Come and recharge your batteries in this spacious townhouse located in the middle of the pretty little village of Trezien. The house is located 1,5km from the beach and the GR34 (long distance hiking trail).

On the ground floor, you will discover a very nice living room with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for lovers of good food. It is open onto a spacious living room, with a working stove at your disposal. There is also a utility room with a freezer and a toilet.

On the first floor there is a TV room with sofas, a first bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and a second bedroom with a 160x200 bed. On this floor there is also a large bathroom with shower, double washbasin, toilet and washing machine and dryer.

On the second floor, you will also find 2 bedrooms: one equipped with a 140x190 bed and an extra sofa bed, the second is equipped with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed. You will also find a second bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a small play area for the children.
An Internet connection is available throughout the house by wifi.

Outside, the courtyard and the garden are shared with a gîte also belonging to the owners. However, there is a private terrace with a pergola, table, chairs and barbecue.

The property is fully fenced and there is a storage room for bicycles and inflatable paddles.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
