Enjoy this beautiful vacation home at the gates of Finistère in Plouaret in the Trégor, surrounded by a beautiful flowery and quiet garden. This renovated farmhouse is a charming detached stone house. The owners were able to preserve the authenticity of the house with its spectacular fireplace, beams and exposed stones in the living room. The upstairs bedrooms have sloping ceilings and are very romantic, and the well-equipped kitchen is wood-paneled for even more coziness.
The house is surrounded by lush greenery, here you can relax well. Plouaret, nicknamed the "Land of Mansions", adorned with pretty fountains, has a rich historical heritage dominated by the roofs of grand mansions. Locals there celebrate convivial festivals, display outdoor photos in fine weather, and enjoy the Breton way of life to the fullest. Don't miss following in the footsteps of storyteller François-Marie Luzel and taking a 4km walk in the footsteps of regional legends along rivers, streams and mills.
After just a few kilometers, you'll be in the town of Lannion, where you can enjoy an authentic farmers' market every Thursday.
The surrounding area is full of wonders: Perros-Guirec, Lannion Bay, Sept-Îles, the pink granite coast ... Between sandy beaches, seaside resorts, spectacular cliffs, coastal paths, lighthouses and typical ports.

Working Break
Lovely quiet location, not too far from our own house so ideal base while we renovate ours. If you are after a peaceful break away from noise and pollution then this is ideal whilst still being within easy reach of Morlaix town and some beautiful beaches.

Cette maison est jolie à l'extérieur avec beaucoup de terrain, mais l'intérieur est très laid, sombre. La décoration de très mauvais goût. Grande chambre bien, mais petite chambre mansardée (faut pas être claustrophobe) avec difficulté pour y accéder, la literie en très mauvais état. Un petit lit dans la grande chambre en mauvais état aussi. Nous avons dû dormir entre amis dans le grand lit de la grande chambre, ce n'était pas prévu comme ça. Nous avons réservé 2 chambres, une pour chacun, mais impossible de dormir dans le lit de la petite chambre. Ménage limite pour 50 euros imposés. De la batterie de cuisine sale. Peu d'éclairage dans la cuisine, on n'y voit pas grand chose. Propriétaire très directive. Très déçus pour le prix, surtout en septembre. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Le gîte est très bien situé au calme dans un lieu dit près de Plouaret. la maison comporte de belles pièces : cuisine et salon et une très grande chambre sous les toits. La 2ème chambre sous les toits également est un peu moins pratique. L'emplacement du gîte est un atout, il est à 10 mm de très belles plages,notamment à Plestin Les Grèves. Bon séjour,

Belle maison bretonne, beau cadre
Ravissante maison typique, bien fleurie, avec beau terrain de jeu. Accueil sympathique. Cuisine bien équipée. Beaux volumes sauf la petite chambre, mansardée, (attention à la tête) mais fonctionnelle. Mobilier inégal mais très pratique. Très belles balades à vélo dans la campagne environnante. Plage et activités nautiques à 12 km (voile, char à voile...) Commerces à 3 km. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Chambre mansardée sans véritable occultation et on ne peut pas y être debout Literie en mauvais état Machine à laver sans essorage bien qu'il ait été programmé Documentation très ancienne Le coût du ménage est excessif , surtout qu'il n'avait pas été fait correctement à notre arrivée On nous a bien fait comprendre qu'il était hors de question de remettre le chauffage , alors que les températures étalent glaciales

Mignonne maison au calme, très agréable. Belle région Propriétaires gentils, discrets. Nous avons passé à Plouaret une bonne semaine malgré un incident de chaudière qui ne nous a pas empêchés d'apprécier le cadre et les vacances
