"We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at the above property. It has everything you could wish for, the owners are delightful, and were very patient with our dreadful french, and couldn't do enough for us. The property has a lovely garden which is completely secluded and faces south. It is very peaceful and a very short distance from a beautiful beach. "A very nice cosy little appartment in a perfect location just above Morgat Marina, with all the facilities (supermarket, restaurants, port..) within max 5 min walking distance. Parking 50m from the building. The appartment is nicely decorated, there are a couple of minor flaws (like when you put flooring panels in a bathroom ;) ) but overall it’s good and offers an excellent price performance. Communication with the host, check in and out all perfect."

"Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Cap Coz. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Wohnung sauber. Es gibt allerdings viele Treppen zur Wohnung hoch, das Bad ist sehr klein und das Sofa durchgesessen. Aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Lage ist perfekt."

"Quelques jours de repos dans ce studio design, confortable et bien équipé, idéalement orienté et situé face à la mer. Le bord de mer est à 2 pas. Les commerces sont à 15 mn de marche. L'équipement proposé facilite grandement une arrivée en train. Les hôtes, très réactifs, ont fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir !"

"Superbe logement avec une décoration de bon goût, très bien équipé, avec un emplacement idéal à l'île Tudy. Très bon relationnel avec le propriétaire qui nous a donné de bon conseil. Le logement n'a pas de place de parking dédié, mais il y a toujours une place dans les rues alentours. Je recommande vivememt ce logement. "

"Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans l'appartement de Sébastien. Il est très confortable et bien équipé. La piscine est un plus tout comme les points de vue à couper le souffle accessibles à pied. Nous recommandons chaudement!"

Salon/sejour et cuisine spacieux et agreables...Tres belle cuisine , dommage qu elle soit un peu sous equipee( grille pain trop petit, pas de ciseaux, vaisselle a revoir surtout casseroles et poêles...). Hôte tres reactif dès qu il y a un soucis ."

"Die Wohnung ist Teil einer Ferienanlage, die allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Neben gepflegten Häusern gibt es auch Häuser, die verfallen. Die Wohnung liegt am Südende der Ferienanlage mit Blick ins Grüne. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich eine zweite Wohnung. Der schöne Strand Treustel ist ca 1,2km entfernt und über einen Fussweg erreichbar.Die Wohnung verfügt über einen grossen, eingezäunten Garten mit einer großen Holz-Terrasse. Leider keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Alle Fenster...
