Detached house in the countryside. Well located between town (15kms) and sea (10kms). This character house overlooks a private enclosed garden;
 and at the back on a private courtyard for parking. The house consists on the ground floor of a living room-kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and upstairs a bedroom. An old farmhouse that will delight lovers of stone. Electric heating remains the responsibility of the tenant, ie € 0.30 per kw.

Ein sehr schönes Haus über zwei Etagen mit genug Platz und einem gepflegten Garten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge Richtung Point de Raz, ins nahe Quimper oder ans Meer, das nicht weit entfernt ist.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, einladend und sauber. Es hat eine schöne große Terrasse, auf der man den ganzen Tag über Sonne und Schatten hat, um zum Beispiel draußen zu frühstücken oder zu Abend zu essen. Maryse ist eine wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns freundlich begrüßt (mit Keksen und Cidre) und uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Nähe gegeben. Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Haus, das sich als guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung eignet. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

L'accueil a été très chaleureux La maison est très propre et confortable. L'emplacement est très calme et les voisins ne sont pas proches. Pour les courses il faut compter rouler 10 kms avant de trouver 1 village avec boulangerie, boucherie et supérette; Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre semaine car la propriéatire a suggéré de magnifiques excursions dans la région. Das ruhig gelegene ehemalige Bauernhaus mit Hof und Garten zeichnet sich durch Sauberkeit, sehr gute Ausstattung und eine freundliche Atmosphäre aus. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Agréable maison à la campagne très bien située. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et à part le chant des oiseaux et des poules il n'y a pas de bruit, c'est très reposant et nous avons vraiment apprécié.
