"In an attempt to beat all the tourists to Plitvice Lakes, we decided to drive up the night before and stay at the Plitvica Lodge so we would be one of the first to the park when the park opened at 7am. Hotels.com has the hotel listed at the incorrect address (Plitvice Selo 71/3 did not route correctly) so we got lost at 10pm - basically in the middle of nowhere - and thankfully had an international phone plan to call for directions, but roads are not well marked. Looking forward to coming back

"We spend two nights at a room for a couple. The breakfast was excellent, the staff attentive and polite, the room was clean and well maintained. Plitvice national park is a short walk away so we could enjoy the nature without having to start the car during our stay. We are looking forward to our next visit when we need a break in the nature."

"Our stay at Lyra Hotel was exceptional! Ana at the front desk warmly upgraded our room, adding a special touch. Breakfast was delightful, featuring fantastic local honey. Dinner was equally enjoyable, with Lazaar providing friendly and professional service. A perfect blend of comfort and hospitality—highly recommend!"

"The Staff was fantastic. They were so helpful with tips about visiting the park - which was beautiful- and we had great service in the dining area. The food was delicious- especially the dinners. We ate there both nights of our stay - it was so convenient. Just make sure you have cash for the meals at checkout. They don’t accept credit cards. "

"Charming small b&b with an excellent breakfast and owners who go the extra mile with their service. The location is so close to an entrance to the park that we could walk in. We will stay here again when we return to the park someday!"
