"Overall, this is a great property with large rooms and modern amenities in the room. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room did back on the a construction site, which was noisy. This was acknowledged by the hotel. The shower needs a full door, as the bathroom floor gets extremely wet when anyone showers. Lighting in the bathroom was quite dark. Overall, well worth the price we paid. "

"I had booked 2 rooms, both were just at the top of the landing.unfortunately the entrance room doors aren't enough sound proof, i.e. one can hear walling others up/down the stairs. Other than that I loved the newly modern classic up done spacious rooms. Pity breakfast comes at an additional premium"

This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. "Very disappointing, nothing like pictures. Difficult check in and out process, off property to pick up keys. Took 30 min there and back in traffic. ZERO hospitality, rude careless staff personal. TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom.
