"Hotel is as beautiful as advertised, if not more. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were really spacious, modern and clean. Also the restaurant food was amazing."

"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. Also, everyone is EXTREMELY unfriendly, almost rude. Even if there is absolutely no prior information, when you arrive at the hotel they charge for...

"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"We went to relax a few days after exploring Prague and it was perfect. I would definitely come back here if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Karlovy Vary. Also, the view from our room beautiful. "

"Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms! I had the foot massage and Oatmeal bath as my spa services and they were amazing and very reasonably priced! The staff went out of their way to accommodate and allowed us to stay in the room well after our check out time so that I could check out after my spa treatments. I didn’t even ask! Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious!"

"Indeed a place for romance and relax. Excellence is at home! Very nice and clean, staff is very professional and courteous, breakfast and dinner a la carte, kudos to the chef.
